3. The Alluvial Plains
➢ Part of Indo-Gangetic Plains
➢ 70% of total area
➢ Height : 180 m-300m above sea level

○ 270m-300m : Rupnagar, Hoshiarpur,

○ 230m-270m : central Punjab
○ 180m-230m : remaining districts
